I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, offering a pleasant garden view. The service was outstanding, with attentive and friendly staff who went out of their way to assist us. The location was perfect, overlooking the breathtaking lakes of Killarney. I absolutely loved my stay at The Bins. The rooms were lovely and quiet, which was exactly what I needed for a relaxing getaway. The service was top-notch overall, despite one small incident. I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was a disappointment as it was located on the ground floor with barely a view of the lake, but it was as requested with a lake view and a little surprise patio area looking out across the mountain range. The service was exceptional, with everyone from check-in to the spa being extremely helpful and friendly. The location was decent but a bit out from the main area of Kilarney with no outdoor hot tub as advertised. The dining was pleasant overall, although some personal preferences weren't met. The facilities were satisfactory.
